Leadership subject at AGSB is an Ateneo advantage. It emphasizes leadership from within, authentic leadership. One of its pillars is love. This is odd in a cold steely corporate world. The others are heroism, ingenuity and self awareness. The goal of leadership is not only to develop oneself but to clone other leaders. Everybody has potential to be leader. What we do, even if we do not have followers influences/affects others. It is time to define Filipino leadership too

What we did yesterday last session of Cebu Regis Leadership
'Quamplurimi et quam aptissimi" (As many as possible of the very best)
Rizal Philippines
January 10, 2016
Class Picture outside the classroom
It was both a sad and happy day yesterday. It was sad because just at the time that the awareness of each other as leader was deepening, the class had to come to an abrupt end, and happy because it was a good riddance. Finally there will be no more sleepless nights complying with the assignments. Leader Oliver expressed this in his closing remarks, ie the reflection part that as we kept doing this we become more aware of ourselves.
What we did:
1. Opening prayer - Lead Me Lord by Gary Valenciano. This is very Atenean. Lux in Domino (Light in the Lord)
.
2. Mind Mapping
They just began Leaders Leonard, Mel, Oliver and Izumi
Leaders Ivy, Andre, Gem and Juvelon
Leaders Melissa, Maricel, Gem and Dovie (back to the camera)

Last session of Cebu AGSB campus leadership subject
'Quamplurimi et quam aptissimi" (As many as possible of the very best)

Happy New Year everyone. Today marks the final meeting of the Cebu Regis Leadership Class. So much things to learn, so little time. But today marks two significant religious events: Novena of Sinulog for Senor Sto Nino and Black Nazarene has begun. (hence matrapik) But both bring out the best in Filipinos - the religious fervor and devotion gives hope to many Filipinos in the midst of calamities and anomalies, scandals..
About new year:
From Mabuhay (magazine of PAL) editorial
" Cheers for a new year and a chance to get it right" - Oprah Winfrey
"Yesterday is gone, Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin" Mother Teresa
1. Opening prayer - Lead me Lord
2. Review:
1. Team building
2. Outreach program
3. Submissions: Genogram, Internal and External Factors, RP3 - my passion
Which track to follow - the above 2 genogram, and internal and external factors determine your trajectory
or follow a new trajectory (start with the end in view
3. Planned Activities Plan for the last session of Cebu Regis Leadership Class
4. The PAASCU Accreditation issue

MM Leadership Class Pictures
'Quamplurimi et quam aptissimi" (As many as possible of the very best)
It is sad to note that for the first time, a student is not with the class picture because she exceeded the maximum number of cuts and did not submit a single assignment

How fast time flew?!
Inexorably, painfully, and sorrowfully (but with the smiles on the face of students, that somehow, stresses for the assignments are over) the MM Leadership class ended sweetly albeit with some sadness too, because we will not see each other again to join the dinner, the laughter, and the friendship that we once had. There would be only memories, and lessons (perhaps few)
We only had the following: some review, notes on the FIP, the AVP the dinner (as usual ordered from delivery services) some speeches from the Class, the awards to Leaders Jermits as the Class Secretary, and judges Leader Mel land Leigh. Then we sang the Ateneo song. and that was it.

Last Session for MM Leadership
'Quamplurimi et quam aptissimi" (As many as possible of the very best)
Rizal Philippines
December 10, 2015
It is 14 days before Christmas. Time passes away so fast and we hardly notice it is Christmas.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL.
This is afternoon is the last session of MM Leadership. There will be AVP presentation and 7 days later there will be submission of the final integrative paper which will not be only a recollection of past lessons but a personal strategic plan, as the leaders, in their realization of their lives, after a series of reflection come to be aware and realize that they could pursue a new objective, their real passion, a new trajectory in their life as a person, or as a leader. Just a reminder - the AVP is worth 15 points if presented in the class and posted here. The FIP is worth 20 points. Make it good. It can make or break your grade. These two assignments can add or subtract a total of 1.4 to your grade.
Please make sure you have submitted all your assignments via this site; our instructions in the list of assignments specify that that is the way to submit your assignments. Except for some the majority have complied with this requirement.
There will be a sort of Christmas get together, I understand, after class. I will surely miss the company and friendship and the stories of these Leaders.
The learning agreement started the personal strategic planning. I hope it is not just fulfilling a requirement but making your life as person and leader better.

Last Session of the Leadership Class yesterday August 14, 2015
'Quamplurimi et quam aptisimi" (As many as possible of the very best)
AGSB Clark,
August 15, 2015
A Plated Catered dinner ordered by Dr Munoz
As the Leadership class has done more than 32 hours (4 hours for the 8 session ; the class did one hour extra for the team building, and 0.5 hours extra for every session, the class and this Lecturer decided that yesterday was the last session yesterday.
The final 20 Audio Visual Presentations were made, we had dinner, the throwback of some memorable events in the class, 3 speeches from 3 Leaders (drawn by lots, ) presentation of awards, and then saying good bye. We had class pictures too.
Some commented that while this was life changing, there was a lot of work, many sleepless nights, and very stressful. Sometimes for the MD, they did nothing except the class assignments of this class. A leader commented that then he thought that Leadership could be an easy subject, but found it as demanding as Opeman. This Lecturer said it was part of his job to deliver the assigned syllabus to the class, and that was his job. Trabaho lang. This lecturer all ready said that it was a great honor to have conversed with this class. Perhaps it is a gathering of the best minds in Pampanga today. I agree that someday, if these minds delivered the speeches in Congress and and top companies, then this would be a very progressive country.
Goodbye class. Thank you again.
