  1. Ninoy Aguino is an authentic leader for he can lead the Filipino people. He was so charismatic, influential and displays a very humble profile that his countrymen looked up unto him.A leader that does not boast of his achievement. He was feared by his foes in politics because of his brilliant mind. He is a very good communicator because his thoughts and ideas toward social change is clearly spoken in his speeches. Through good governance, transparency, and honest leadership, he has become a leader in his own right and would stand out in times of crisis, which is a proven test of a leader. His principle and ideals proved that he is a man of action and this is the kind of leader that should be emulated by the Filipino youth.

  2. Benigno Aquino is a leader because of his self awareness, he live for heroic purposes
greater than self, his Love for the country and to reveal the the truth. He is also radical he speaks out what he wanted to say and brave enough to tell the truth even if it is against the government. He is a hero because instead of living his comfortable life in the U.S he chooses to return to his country despite the fact that there's a danger in coming back which is already known to him. He sacrifices the needs and responsibility of being a husband and father to his children for the sake of his fellowmen. The danger of being a leader is that a leader really takes it all even his life. As Ninoy Aquino said "A time comes in a man's life, when he must prefer a meaningful death to a meaningless life". So chooses to die than doing nothing to save his country to bring back the Democracy of his country

  4. I learned that a leader like Ninoy always teach through exemplification and at the same time learn. He mold idealistic, patriotic, brilliant and eminent men like him to persevere and understand until they get want he wants them to learn. He energize themselves by sheer ambition their heroic goals.he innovate by approachings his challenges in ways his enemies never imagined, he devote himself to excellence, he is open to change, new ideas, even face his death in honor of the truth, above his egos and influence others by their example, their ideas and coaching. Leaders like Ninoy never gives up, but opted to offer his life in honor of his country and his God. His life is a bit parallel to the life of Jesus Christ in that he was tried but unfounded, his enemies did all against him out of remorse, that is why they want him to die, thinking that his death would end up all his idealistic agenda, but like Jesus’ death, he opened the eyes of his people of what true liberty is, and that stimulated them to fight against the long time tyranny, and by then, we we’re set free.
