Leaders Dr. Gubantes, Dovie, and Bryan
Leader Oliver found it challenging to make make reflections as technical man
Leader Juvelon - the best is yet to come
She and and her mother are just like sisters and as good looking and taller than
a fmr Pres
He thought Leadership course was a walk in the park
Should you have problems with the military...
The 4 sessions of 32 hours were just like 6 months of friendship
Lt Commander had the last word
He would be the model of a typical PMA officer and gentleman
Leadership subject at AGSB is an Ateneo advantage. It emphasizes leadership from within, authentic leadership. One of its pillars is love. This is odd in a cold steely corporate world. The others are heroism, ingenuity and self awareness. The goal of leadership is not only to develop oneself but to clone other leaders. Everybody has potential to be leader. What we do, even if we do not have followers influences/affects others. It is time to define Filipino leadership too

Happy to be your photographer for the day Prof. You're welcome. Thank you for imparting the leadership course to us. I agree with Leader Andre, it was definitely not a walk in the park, but the wisdom we have acquired from the course would stay with us forever.

Belated thanks for the nice photos. (especially of the undersigned) I used them for may profile pics. Thanks again
DeleteCongratulations, Prof.! You should be proud because you played a huge part in molding future leaders! :)

ReplyDeleteThat is a nice quote for servant leadership. Thanks for this comment.
DeleteNice! Thanks!
DeleteI couldn't articulate my leadership experience more than Peter drucker's words that “Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.” and this is just what you did Prof.! Thank you for breaking the walls and thank you for all the enlightenment. I truly appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteCongrats prof for having taught this subject. It was an eye opener of sorts
ReplyDeleteSiyempre Sir, iba yong classroom teaching. Iba yong nasa frontlines, and that is where you excel. Naidagdag ko lang sa iyo mga reflection, at mga Ignatian leadership. What we do out there, at the frontlines can not be captured by grades. I salute you Commander.
DeleteProf Jorge, I really hope you will continue to teach because you have so much to share to the next generation. Your humility and sincerity shines in the way you share your knowledge and experiences to all your students. Thank you for showing us the way to becoming authentic leaders.
ReplyDeleteProf, thank you for the learning experience. There were many painful moments but like strong medicine, you have to experience the bitter taste in order to benefit from its restorative properties.
ReplyDeleteSome school managers criticize the 4 weeks meeting, saying is the Regis program a seminar? Was our class a seminar because of the limited time, and the violation of principles of learning ie that there should be enough time for the learning to sink in. (Generic ba medicine hahaha?) Thanks for the comments. I found many of your works na malalim.Much much more than what was expected. Result of being a Bible preacher and having a Literature Master Mom. Thanks too
