I happened to sit beside in a plane trip with a student of another school who told me in confidence that her school is going to the dogs. Their manager is superb in cost control and other management staff but apparently lacks leadership quality because the: office staff are complaining, the teaching staff are demoralized, and have left in droves, no clear direction has been set and is in danger of losing their ranking because of non compliance with standards. Kulang ng leadership but excellent in management?
