Restatement of guidelines for submission of Reflection Papers/Assignments

I am giving everyone an opportunity to re submit their reflection papers to conform to the content requirements up to Sunday,  September 27, 2015.  The benchmark, which you could exceed is the paper of your Class President  and several others who did well.and the Reflection Papers of the previous class. Publishing the work of others and making them transparent to your classmates increases their learning and puts pressure on them to come up with the best paper they could endeavor to accomplish. You can do that?  Yes you can!  The Leaders at Rockwell, are better than Leaders elsewhere at the AGSB system?! Let us show this....

  It should come close to the format of the HBR must reads where the following (lifted from the post/pages on Class Assignments:
Reflection Papers

Not less than 2 pages 1000 words


Reflection Paper:

It should contain:

1.  What is the new learning?
2.  What is the relation to what I all ready know?
3.  What have I done, am doing, will be doing for this topic?

There seems to be a difficulty in uploading your assignments.  I have repeated in emails and in the class that the site does not accept attachments.  (Some keep saying there are attachments) Copy the contents of your attachment and paste in the email page.

The reflection paper may be in word or powerpoint.  If in power point, upload to a Slideshare account and send using the blog send email address,profjorge.entrep.jermits@blogger.com,  The word reflection paper may be sent in the same manner.  PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTION.  YOUR PAPER WILL BE GRADED IF SENT ONLY IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED MANNER!

If your paper does not get published, the reasons could be:

1.  Nothing came out of the blog post because it has an attachment;
2.  The paper does not come up to the standards, you should re submit;
Or it may be published without the grade. The grade could be seen near your name, at the bottom of the page or at the labels

N.B. The paper must be sent uploaded on the designated dates, otherwise there will be 1 deduction for late papers

There should be no conflicting instructions or confusions as with regards to submission of very few assignments because the procedures are written and cut and dried.

N.B. One of the earmarks of good leader is the ability to listen and understand very well, or followership.  Your paper should always bear the hall marks of a great leader - thus you must endeavor to work on your assignments and always give it your best shot.

I call upon all the Leaders to look for magis inside you  so that you will submit very good assignments. <leadership from within>  As of now, most of what I have are lacking in fire and passion and sign that you gave your best effort.

Leader Richard said that self awareness ignites passion in you.
