This image is a call on me to work toward a unified relationship with God, my fellowmen, and all of God's creation (the environment). Surprisingly, it is the image of the Blessed Trinity, that the Three Persons are Unique but One.

Each and everyone of us is born with a purpose. I have searched for my own through prayerful discernment, inspired by St. Ignatius of Loyola. While living this purpose, character is fortified, and by obtaining competence in relevant fields of endeavor, I am getting close to fulfilling my purpose...my mission - the essence of why I was created.

Surely this Leadership course is adding to my competence as God's chosen one to lead His people. I will strive to be a role-model, and a true witness of God's love, thus build the Christian character in a purposeful life.

Hi Prof and fellow leaders! The three are definitely equally essential in being a leader. A leader should have a purpose - noble and righteous motives; competence- capabilities and skills to lead efficiently and effectively; and lastly character- good qualities and proper disposition. Thanks Prof for posting! Another meaningful lesson to ponder. More power po.

It is my prayer that after this Leadership Class that we will all strive to develop, improve and retain these 3 elements in the triad of leadership : Purpose, Character, Competence. One can't be without the other. Let all 3 be seen in our lives as we strive to be the authentic leaders God purposes us to be! Let us be motivated to overcome whatever challenges and difficulties that we face as we go through our life's journey. We can all make it leaders! No doubt about that.
