I'm not sure if it's not good if there are times I don't seek for others opinion when I decide? I am keen to listen but I decide according to my judgement. My boss often tells me to be careful with others opinion as their suggestion might not benefit me at all. With relational transparency, yeah I scored low. why? (thoughts for me to ponder)
