'Quamplurimi et quam aptissimi" (As many as possible of the very best)
Ateneo Professional School
Makati City,
October 15, 2015
After a thorough review of the past lessons which included personal mastery and Socrates, the groups presented their unstructured group work. It meant that the groups are self directed and there is no specific task ordered by the syllabus. They will have to formulate plan from ground zero, from amongst them
Three were preoccupied with their work; and the groups are:
Group 1 Leigh Abarquez, Maricon Bangayan, Catherine Villanueva and Maye Gutierrez
Group 2 Jermits Rabonza, Rachel Lopez, Analee Choco and Krish Maan Santiago (only 2 of the 4 members were present last night)
Group 3 Gab Gabriel, Richard Tan, Erika Manrique, and Justin Quilon
Group 4 May Roxas, Mel Flores, and Alex Tan
Leadership subject at AGSB is an Ateneo advantage. It emphasizes leadership from within, authentic leadership. One of its pillars is love. This is odd in a cold steely corporate world. The others are heroism, ingenuity and self awareness. The goal of leadership is not only to develop oneself but to clone other leaders. Everybody has potential to be leader. What we do, even if we do not have followers influences/affects others. It is time to define Filipino leadership too
