Mr Sherwin Calderon just mailed to me who will be joining the Leadership Class beginning Friday. It is a high pwoered list: 9 are doctors with at least 3 as Assistant Director (of govt hospitals - Dr Garin's cohort) Probably they are taking up MBAH (that puts me in a home territory)
there are 3 CEOs - they are very young in their 30s
two VP's
one entrepreneur
two are seniors (like me)

The officers, the VP, CEO are great resources for the class. This makes the journey towards leadership more powerful and exciting. It will be backed by experience and stories.
The references we have are academic dissertation and we wonder if ever they have led people in a battle or confronted difficulties in their organization which they solved
