I was one of the first enrollees in your Leadership class, but probably something went wrong with AGSB Clark database and Sherwin said it would be fixed to include my name in the list.  May I respectfully introduce myself?  I am Belina S. Katigbak, Vice-President for Finance of the University of the Assumption, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.  I'm on my ninth term in MBA Ateneo-Regis Program  Going through the syllabus, the reading assignments, your post, and reviewing writings on Leadership made me reflect on how I am growing into an authentic leader.  Sessions 1-8 are power packed!  I am pretty excited to deepen self-awareness and to become the person/leader that I envision myself to be.  I am so eager to be in your class comes Friday, July 3.

Mr Sherwin Calderon just mailed to me who will be joining the Leadership Class beginning Friday.  It is a high pwoered list:   9 are doctors with at least 3 as Assistant Director (of  govt hospitals - Dr Garin's cohort)  Probably they are taking up MBAH (that puts me in a home territory)

This author will be teaching leadership class in Clark Ateneo very soon.  This coming Friday, July 3, 2015

I opened this site to ;post my assignments and other announcements.   I hope this will be lively site and I can use social media to the max to teach this subject.

Prof Hilda Teodoro appointed me to teach this course and a month ago Ms. Bigette enlisted the agreement of this author to teach.  I hope I will do justice to this course

I may not be able to teach Entrepreneurship anymore because this author can not comply with the very stringent grade submission requirement.  Anyway there are so many very good entrep sites and lecturers.   Thirteen years of teaching entrepreneurship  is a long long time.

What I like about teaching this  course, is Leadership is an essential part of entrepreneurship.   Personal mastery which is a major part of leadership development is taught at Entrep.

And so with having spiritual development rather than material resources development.  It is entrepreneurship.   An entrepreneur produces something from nothing, employing mostly his ingenuity and and his ability to transcend his limitation  (Leadership Journey from within)
