Students at leadership are graded on their reflection (their ability to discern from the daily experiences and stories.  So too is the teacher judged on his reflection

So I biked 330 km for 3 days (October 30 31 and November 1) So what?

Early on I watched a movie feature "300 Miles for Stephanie" This was a story about a young GI from Vietnam who had an abnormal child .  To top it all, his wife left him and the child.  He was a loss on what he should do.  Then he learned of the tradition in his place San Antonio  Texas (where people are more devout and religious than Filipinos) where those who have intentions walk on their knees to up to the altar where they later pray, (This is the same in the Philippines) The parents of the GI, he was told did this daily while he was a MIA (Missing in Action) in Vietnam until he was found.
So he decided that he would not just walk kneeling 50 meters up to the altar but he would run 300 miles for his daughter so that she would get well

So this is biking with 4 others fellow bikers to San Felipe, Zambales is not just being foolish, it is about being hungry too while biking.
