A 1 Business Leadership

Leadership subject at AGSB is an Ateneo advantage. It emphasizes leadership from within, authentic leadership. One of its pillars is love. This is odd in a cold steely corporate world. The others are heroism, ingenuity and self awareness. The goal of leadership is not only to develop oneself but to clone other leaders. Everybody has potential to be leader. What we do, even if we do not have followers influences/affects others. It is time to define Filipino leadership too

This lecturer is happy to report on the following accomplishment of the Leadership Class in Cebu:

1. Wheels of Leadership - 5 were submitted as part of FIP vs 2 only in Clark, 0 for SSS and MM

2. Cebu Regis Leadership Team Building at Chateau by the Sea in Mactan Island

3. Leadership in Action: Cebu AGSB outreach program for the underprivileged children of Mandaue

4. We practiced and developed graduation skills early on by writing personal strategic plan as FIP (summarizing what was learned in the class, reflection papers 1 to 3, Enneagram, Genogram, JCampbell and life story and my passion as the old or new trajectory/goal) Here is an example:
