Weaknesses
1.    Anxiety
I worry on the things that I cannot control. I know I have to lay upon His control and not rely on my own. Especially, when dealing with problems.
2.    Pre-mature action plans
I get too much excited on my own ideas, that I cannot hold myself from pre-mature execution of the plan.
Five years Plan:
My five year plan is a preparation time that I divided into two divisions. First is my short term goal from 2016 to 2018 then my long term goal starts at 2020.
My Short term goal is to equip myself with competencies of a leader in terms of management, operations, marketing and leadership.
And my long term goal is to innovate and operate a Specialty center for children
Year 2016 to 2017: Taking my masters is my first step, that I have to take part of to uncover my goal. My short term Goal is to finish my MBA course in AGSB with competence and knowledge. I would like to harness the competencies of a morally qualified manager that may give justice on my course especially for AGSB. After my MBA I will continue my journey with short courses program of Ateneo CCE, courses such as financial management and services marketing are considered.
Year 2018-2019: As a young entrepreneur I would like to be transformed into a fully prepared individual; who is not afraid to accept the diversity of challenges. I believe that my experiences in the line of business I am pushing through is still in the pre mature stage. So ,
·         I will continue managing Galileo enrichment Learning program as a center directress and
·         Pilot test the two services in the specialty center: (1) Galileo Toddler program that accommodates progressively gifted children and (2) Pediatric clinic with Montessori like play-place. The two services will be pilot tested for two years, enough time to create program awareness among its target market.
Year 2020: I love kids and I envision our developmental facility to start its invasion in Mabalacat city. I want to innovate the kind of services provided for kids in Pampanga. The concept will be a one stop shop for kids.
The facility will have the following services:
a)   Galileo Toddler program for progressively gifted children
b)   Pediatric clinic with Montessori like play-place.
c)   Children's Spa
d)   Pediatric Dental clinic
e)   OT and Speech Therapy
f)     Arts and photography center for kids
g)   Salon for kids
h)   Boutique for children
i)     Library for kids
Objectives in Taking this Course:
1.            A preparation for a young entrepreneur like me who wants to start blue ocean strategy in our small community.
2.            To acquire new potentials and tools to increase my self-awareness in leading people.
3.            To appreciate how theoretical tools are applied to actual experiences that deals with leadership.
4.            To improve my decision making skill.
5.            To awaken my call to be a leader.

Reflection paper 1
" My first Journey to Leadership".
"God created man in His own image and likeness" and with that in mind, I believe that we are all born leaders.
According to Chris Lowney, Self-Awareness is a foundation of leadership. No one becomes a great leader by accident. It is part of a developmental process that is influence by significant personal experiences, call of situation, family history, culture, and environmental factors.
As for my transformation, as a leader, I went through a painful eye opening process. My defining moments introduced me to understand my own weaknesses and instead of pitying around I learn to "adapt" on it.
I remember hearing the story of a man who had 360 degrees turn around. This man loves to go to casinos, spend more money in bars, a bad drinker, in a nut shell, he is a typical happy go lucky person. And after hearing the story a question came cross my mind, how can a person change his perspective in a snap? How can I experience that kind of transformation?
And my Journey on how I came cross to the life changing perspective started when I chose to change my career.
My Pre-Med course is Medical Technology, before taking Medical school I started a diagnostic business with the help of my parents. But since young, all I wanted to do is to become a doctor. I am influenced by my family  since most of them are doctors and allied professionals.
On my second year as medical student, I felt out of track. I woke up in the morning realizing that I am not happy on what I am doing. That I wanted to venture on the other side of the boat. I want to breathe and stand out. So, I quit and left med school. With my little knowledge on business I decided to take my MBA in AGSB. And on 2013, I started my franchising career through Galileo enrichment learning Program.
Back in my laboratory business , I am not expose to different HR, Financial and Operations management. My mom does all the job and all I have to do is to be there when I am asked to. Galileo is somewhat different. My real intention is to show off. I want my family to see that I can do it without taking their same old path.  That is why Galileo is in my own expense.
The first year is the toughest year for a start-up business. Because of my unexperienced management (1) I had problems with most of my employees, (2) Financial downturn and some inconsistency with the operations. I thought of letting go of the business and just give up. I went through the stage of isolation and self-pitying. I felt bad for not becoming who I want to be. I lost my confidence, my pride, my competence to stand out. It seems so yesterday that I live in dominance.
Being conscious of what I have become I came to know God, not just by name but with His words. I started reading Daily bread, an inspirational book about God. Written in that book were quotes on weaknesses, empowerment, trust, motivation and faith. Together with that, I also started reading management books. I was introduced to new techniques in management. I got an expert consultant on finance. I restructured my old ways of handling people and treated my employees as part of the family. I looked at my business in a bird's eye view and scrutinized each department. Unaware of these changes people started to recognized my work. Little by little I get some referrals from my clients. Feedbacks are also noted to be mostly positive.
And after a year of devastation and 6 months of restructuring the whole business I was awarded to be the  "Top Performing Center", among 36 branches, in the Philippines. It was a life changing experience for me.
As I relate my experience as a leader I can say that was able to master my own self. I have accepted that I have my flaws, acknowledged the attitudes that impaired me from growing up. I also learned to change my own perspective in life and be more positive.
I am not yet on the completion of my journey on becoming a great leader. I am willing to learn from my experiences and of others too. And to share with you, I feel great to listen from the experiences of my classmates in our leadership class. That is one of the reasons why attending grad school is an opportunity that I am very grateful of.

Dear Prof. Saguinsin,

Sharing to you my Enneagram test result.
RHETI Enneagram Type Indicator Results
Your highest score will indicate you basic type, or it will be among the top 2-3 scores. You have answered all the questions -- terrific!

Enneagram Test Results
You are most likely a type 2.
Taking wings into account, you seem to be a 2w3.
No personality test is completely accurate. Although several measures were taken to make this test as accurate as possible, there's always a chance that you are not typed correctly by it. Therefore, when deciding which Enneagram type and wing you are, you might also want to consider the types with the highest test scores on the lists below.

(Note that your lowest scores may be omitted.)
Type 2 - 11.3
Type 4 - 8
Type 6 - 6.7
Type 5 - 6.4
Type 3 - 6.4
Type 1 - 5.4

Wing 2w3 - 14.5
Wing 2w1 - 14
Wing 3w2 - 12.1
Wing 4w3 - 11.2
Wing 4w5 - 11.2
Wing 1w2 - 11.1
Wing 5w4 - 10.4
Wing 3w4 - 10.4
Wing 6w5 - 9.9
Wing 5w6 - 9.8
Wing 6w7 - 8.9
Wing 1w9 - 7.8
According to the enneagram test I have a type 2 personality. I agree with the test result.

Because of the Enneagram test I realize my emotional ways of behavior.  I am describe as generous, caring and nurturing which all fits my personality. I can say that I have highly sensible emotional awareness towards the feelings of others. For me being generous  signifies being open-hearted to the needs of the people and the environment. I am grateful to learn about enneagram. Thank you Prof.

Respefully yours,
