CONCLUSION:
From what I have researched on my roots, it seems that the theory that leaders are made is more applicable rather than leaders are born since there is no indication that somebody from my roots really stand out as leaders in their own way. I believed that what made me a leader are my persistence to achieve goals, discipline and courage. Integrating the different journeys in life and aligning my actions with my values. I was made for being real, acting with authenticity and a clear vision in life. I was developed and nurtured to become a leader of today.
