Let us remind ourselves, and since academics is all about grades, and let us review, the weights of grades:


Grading system:

Class Participation  and attendance   -                              35%

Individual Reflection Papers    -                                        20%

Final integrative  paper and  leadership showcase               30%

Group work                                                                    15%

Thus class participattion weigh heavily.-  35 pts.  So you must pay attention to this. What are the components of 

class participation?

1.  Attendance

2.  Participating in recitation

3.  Uploading the required exercises, as Geneogram, Enneagram

4.  Grade in the oral exam to be held this Friday

5.  Making comments/posts on the Ateneo Leadership site.

This author is happy that many respond positively to this grading requirement. And yet is saddened by the fact that others do not.
