Although my top 1 results are not the same, I think I'm both a peacemaker and a thinker. One of the challenges in my position is to create a healthy environment. And, it's easy for me to see the problem, and think of ideas to solve it as I normally tend to observe situations like a type 5 would usually do. But, it's difficult for me to confront people like most people with type 9. That's why I created an HR department to do the disciplining and implementation of my ideas.
