Today, as we have agreed upon is the final/last day for the submission of the Final Integrative paper. I got some of them, and may I continue my ABE (always be explaining) so that the others who might be submitting today may be until 12 midnight, may still amend/level up
1. This is the final paper, a euphemism for final exam which could be taken in the comfort of your home and open books, notes, laptop and other references. Please therefore make it as exhaustive, as thorough, comprehensive as you can make it. It is worth 20 points and if you get the highest grade add 0.8 to your existing grade (which has been tabulated)
This is the only sort formal test we have for the Leader students. So make it good, yes very good
For the GW and the AVP, all of you got a 4. So the FIP will set apart individuals from the rest of the class
2. As a final exam, this is the only way I would know whether you really learned something or that you paid attention to the class activities and the readings. If the paper is short, and there is no mention or minimum mention of the details of the learning in the class, or the readings, then we can only give minimum grade to the paper.
I have made a number of emails, posts to raise the bar for the FIP, and I hope this is taken very positively.
3. At the higher level, if you have made a new trajectory for your self and or that you did a personal strategic plan on this paper, or made your management mantra, then this lecturer has really touched and improved your person and leadership. You on your way to leveling up the same
