This Lecturer reminds the class that the awards were given not to make inggit to others but part of leading means that you have to reward the doers among you.  These people achieved excellence as judged as speakers, and did more than others in helping deliver the elements of Leadership to you.  Thanks and congratulations again to the awardees.  (This Lecturer in his haste left one certificate for Clash Master;   the certificate for Clash Master pala can form part of the CV, that certifies you are a Team Building expert)

    Thank you Prof for always appreciating our efforts and work. You are a true leader at that. Motivation is the key for engagement.. I am displaying my award in my office table. :)
