Dear Prof. Here is the link to my AVP po. Thank you very much for the great "Leadership" journey with your mentoring po <your welcome po>
Respectfully,
Leader Belle
Leadership subject at AGSB is an Ateneo advantage. It emphasizes leadership from within, authentic leadership. One of its pillars is love. This is odd in a cold steely corporate world. The others are heroism, ingenuity and self awareness. The goal of leadership is not only to develop oneself but to clone other leaders. Everybody has potential to be leader. What we do, even if we do not have followers influences/affects others. It is time to define Filipino leadership too
Very inspiring life story leader ate Belle! The first time you shared your story about why you are taking MBA during our meeting with the dean, you said "God does not chose you because you're qualified but God qualifies you when you are chosen" tama ba? so if you're given a challenge, believe that God is with you because he will not give you a challenge you cannot handle. Thank you for always inspiring leader Ate Belle :)
ReplyDeleteDr. Allan, I am almost in tears now while reading your comment. How nice of you to recollect my sharing during that first moment in Leadership class! You're right, "God chose me even if I was not qualified, but He qualifies me because He called me (St. Paul)". God is good! Thank you for the affirmation. I am sure God has a lot in store for you as well. Keep it up!
DeleteLove and Self giving, you really are an authentic leader, Ma'am Belle.
ReplyDeleteSuch an inspiring life, from a dream of having a house to a life blessed with many achievements. The Lord really has made his face shine upon you. God is good! :)
Mark Paroli
God is really good di ba Leader Mark? He has given me so much...and it is now my turn to give back. As Scriptures has it, "From His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace"...let God's graces that flow to us also flow through us. I am also amazed with your self-giving. Your mission is great! You are providing opportunities to the visually impaired. And there is a greater vision - to see beyond what eyes couldn't. You have that!
Deleteate belle, you have my respect! your strong love for your family, for GOD, for the church and other people is what I admire about you. :) God Bless you always!
ReplyDeletePao, thank you for your words and respect. We have been classmates, and I know that your innate goodness shines through. Keep the light burning. And please, take care of your health. I hope that you have been relieved with your vertigo. You have to be in good shape because the world needs leaders like you.
DeleteTamang tama yung goal mo Leader Mam Belle, to be a professor in Graduate School. They will surely learn from you and your experiences. I for one did. God bless your kindness and courage.. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Leader Rcee for your kind words. Let us all work toward the attainment of our goals. I'm glad you still remember our chat regarding teaching in Graduate School. Promise, we will!
DeleteHi BFF! Continue what you're doing. Keep it up Ate. You have been inspiring many people and I am one of them. God bless you and I love you Ate!
ReplyDeleteBFF, Leader Cora, I am so touched with your great regard of me...and most especially with your generous self-giving. Imagine, at 3:23 am, you took time to affirm me! You are much more an inspiration! I am so blessed by the gift of your person. You know, I just realized this - your birthday falls on the feast of the Queenship of Mama Mary. You are indeed blessed!
