Leadership subject at AGSB is an Ateneo advantage. It emphasizes leadership from within, authentic leadership. One of its pillars is love. This is odd in a cold steely corporate world. The others are heroism, ingenuity and self awareness. The goal of leadership is not only to develop oneself but to clone other leaders. Everybody has potential to be leader. What we do, even if we do not have followers influences/affects others. It is time to define Filipino leadership too

Bravo Zulu to MM Leadership Class for First Rate Planning and Execution of Team Building

The chair of HR, Dr. Mars Balgos has said ok to your letter request which I endorsed. That means we do not meet tomorrow, November 26, 2015, and December 3, 2015. The 16 hours we spent on the team building, the 6 events and countless reflections we made can more than compensate for the six hours we will no longer be holding as a regular class room instructions.

I would like to thank you and congratulate the team building organizers, and this 2 days class off is a way of saying that by action.

The planning and the execution was first rate and I am proud of having you as Student Leaders. That is magis in action
