Duterte answers call to run for President - CNN

There was a live interview a few minutes ago at ANC TV featuring Q and A with Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte who decided 2 days ago to run for President. He said he could not stand the possibility of having an American President. He said the SET ruling is unconstitutional. The constitution might just be a piece of paper but it is a piece of paper that holds us together.

He lashed out at the Roxas camp for spreading rumors that he has a throat cancer.
He will work hard on drugs and criminality, to give the Filipinos the peace they deserve.
He would like to have an inclusive government - will invite Nur Misuari and Joe Ma Sison to join him in running this country
The traffic problem will take a little bit longer and lot of money. But there would be fast and straightforward bidding
