Go Penguins go.! Standing ovation for Gab
Friday the 13th! God bless everyone
We had the Call to Arms speeches by MM Leaders. We had the podium as requested and the Leaders were well dressed for the occasion. They talked on various topics: dogs, first aid, penguin, suffrage (the right to vote), value of MSME, running a marathon, about theselves as being, about Torre de Manila First to talk was Justin and ended boisterously with a standing ovation for Gab. Leader Maye said it was an enoyable evening
Leader Justin, first to post speech, first to deliver the speech
Owner, future senior leader fo a high rise developer, talks about TDM and the values of her conpany.
Leader Maye wants you to learn first aid and be a first responder!
Leader Cath wants you to adopt dogs (and cats too) who (which ) are abandoned
Leader Rachel advocates good health, good food, exercise and plenty of rest
Leader Alex is recruiting talents for Nestle hence the uniform
Leader Erika promotes SMSEs and buying Filipino mentality
Leader Jermits wants to be Jermits as evolving being leader
Leader Leigh - suffrage is both a right and heavy responsibility
Leader Mel is one of the judges, the head judge for best speaker
Leader Gab summarized the speeches of the Penguins gathered last night
Leader Gab introduced a new idea on leadership - Penguin leadership. Be the first to take a leap into the cold water to start the migration. Set good example as fearless leader and your followers will follow. Leadership is about influencing, not by words but by action (Sounds similar to what St Francis said: Lord, allow me to teach the Gospel and if possible with words - thus he teaches the Gospel only through example
Those who were unable to deliver the speeches were leaders Maricon, Richard, and Khris. They will be allowed to deliver the speeches during the team building session on Wednesday and Thursday
Kudos to all the Leaders! You are great speakers and your words are truly powerful.
